It´s not posh or stuck-up at the »Let´s Go Sylt«.
The crowd is mixed and the atmosphere is laid-back and casual.
During the cold months an original fish soup from List (on Sylt) is just the right thing to have. And whoever chooses the herring with fried potatoes and homemade sauce might believe to be just around the corner of germany´s northernmost point. The whole lobster or, to be very exclusive, the surf and turf, should of course be accompanied by a good drop of wine. Friends of meat will be thrilled as well, for example with entrecôte, fillet or sirloin steak of the Black Angus. Those who prefer a more rich food are advised to try one of the wonderful pasta dishes like linguine with prawns – the pasta is perfectly al dente and the prawns are bedded on a splendid sauce of herbs – a fresh beer from the tab may be served to this meal. The large variety of wine and champagne leaves nothing more to be desired. And when you just stroll past, you may grab one the fresh made fish buns.
